Dorothy Zemach is an author, editor, teacher and mentor in English Language Teaching (ELT). He has taught English, French and Japanese in Asia, Africa and the United States for over 20 years and holds an MA in TESL from the School of International Education in Vermont.

He now focuses on writing and editing educational materials and textbooks in English and holding teacher workshops. His areas of expertise and interest include writing instruction, reading instruction, business English, college English, testing, and humor. He is a public speaker at international conferences and is active on social media.
